Born and raised in Munich, Germany. I also lived in Switzerland and Austria before I moved to Florida in 1999. I owned several small businesses over the years. I have been involved with Real Estate in many forms: buyer, seller and landlord. I enjoyed real estate so much that I obtained my Sales license and then my Brokers license to help others find the right property. I became a US citizen in 2009. My husband, John Incorvaia, Esq. (JD,LLM) and I bought a home in Palm Coast in 2005. We built a new house in Flagler Beach in 2015 where we live with our dog Nina. Sadly we lost Nina in 2020 at the age of 14. I am fluent in both English and German.
